"This company seemed professional until the movers arrived. I’m pretty sure one of the guys had never moved anyone before or had any previous training; he had terrible body odor at 9am, and looked like he just crawled out of bed.They broke multiple household items, scratched doors/furniture, did not work as a team, and were conveniently slow which increased the price to what I could imagine it would cost to move heavy luxury items. This was a super simple local move made difficult. I’m very disappointed in the owner’s response to the complaint. He would not refund any of the money for the damages; however, he offered to send his guys back over to make repairs. I declined as I did not want them creating more problems. I’m pretty sure they can’t repair damages to leather and the couch mechanism, a broken shredder, deep scratches on furniture and doors, etc. We will never use this company again."

I recently purchased my own new home and used Suseyi to pack and move for me. We got a solid estimate from them before we signed on with them. On packing day, they showed up right on time. We were embarrased as we had just both spent the previous week with COVID and didn't get a single thing packed or even cleaned up. They still managed to get the entire house packed out in one day while we spent the day with some camp chairs in our new home. The next day, again, right on time, they moved everything from the old home to the new home while we relaxed and they took care of everything. They set up all the beds, tables couches, chairs . . . they were absolutly AMAZING, freindly, professional and I will be sharing them with all of my clients from here on out!"
