If I want anything shipped this is where I go. I have never seen anything other than the ups guys working their butts off. They hustle! Thank you everyone at ups."

"These bozos have had my package for 3 days now according to the tracking number. Evidently it's not just the office staff that is completely inept. This place needs to be shut down. I won't order anything again that uses them for delivery. I could drive to the selling facility and pick it up faster than these nimrods can get it delivered. Wish I could give them negative stars. What a joke!"

"Poor excuses for supervisors. They are supposed to provide 2 weeks of training for new staff. They don't, and then complai. When the new people don't know what to do. They retaliate if you complain. They clearly need to be given a talking to by an employment attorney."

"I have had 5 packages "delivered" via UPS this year. Every single time, the driver notes that he "attempted delivery but no one was home." The thing is, I work from home and know I was here each time he says he attempted delivery. Then, when you try to call to speak to someone about it, UPS literally does not allow you to get to a person. I have now stopped shopping with all vendors who deliver via UPS because the service here in Astoria is so chronically bad."

"Just like the other reviewer here. No knock, no honk, so-called "delivery attempt". Have them on camera with zero effort to deliver my signature required package worth $1500. Leaving a note is not an attempt. I have to drive 42 miles round trip AND have to pay just to pick up the package. I even took the day off so that I could receive my package. Now I have to pay for extremely high gas prices, in my not so friendly gas hog vehicle to go pick up my large package. Thanks for wasting my time and my money for your poor employees! The UPS drivers are getting worse every year."
