"Worth the trip from Longview. Everything you need. Their deli is awesome. The huge chicken pot pie is a staple for anyone's freezer. It is SO good and will be the hit of any gathering. Of course the hot dog and coke for $1.50 is still a great lunch!"
"Costco is my number one choice for small appliances and electronics. I enjoy sampling the food, which I will often stock if it passes the taste test. Good prices for clothing, pharmaceuticals, and books. In the past, I’ve found good deals on outdoor furniture."
"Now if you want bulk items at bulk prices Costco is a great place to be a member of. We went there for dinner at their little cafe. Now they make awesome food and relatively cheap. It was $11 for the two of us, we each had a hot dog, a piece of pepperoni pizza that was like a quarter of a large pizza, strawberry ice cream Sunday and a refillable pop. And all of that was $11 and it taste awesome. Try getting a whole meal like that anywhere. That was only $11.00 for both of our meals. Try their food and you write a review, if you don't believe me, impressed return customer here. Whole pizzas to order as well."
"This Costco is the sole one along Oregon Coast 101, and we dropped by during our recent trip. The overall experience was okay, but the amusing part was waiting around 35-40 minutes for my soft serve on a day that wasn't overly crowded. Two dedicated folks at the front were doing their best to serve. It's worth mentioning that even during the busiest hours at other Costcos I've visited, the wait for soft serve typically takes a maximum of 15 minutes, and that's on rare occasions."
"This whole receipt thing is getting kinda crazy. Me and my husband came to this location for the first time since starting our membership. We showed our card at the door like you're supposed to. We had not been to a Costco for like 5 yrs so we kinda just walked around the store but weren't really seriously shopping. We found 2 items totaling probably $25.00 max. We went to self check out. The machine errors out at least 3 times and had to have an over ride. After that an employee checked our receipt off. We decided to get some food at the food court and then went to leave. Since the employee had already checked off our receipt at the self check out we thought we were good to go so my husband threw it away. Apparently they still wanted to check it again at the door so they told us we could not leave without a receipt and had to go back to customer service. I sat down at the food court again while my husband went to get our receipt reprinted. I had one of our 2 items with me. The customer service guy tried to argue with my husband that he needed to see both items before he could reprint our receipt. Apparently when you reprint the receipt they also have to escort you to the exit with it. The employee checking receipts at the door didn't even know what to do with the reprint but we finally were allowed to leave. I understand that when you get a membership you agree to have your receipt checked but this seems excessive. They already checked it at the register why do they need to check it again at the door especially for only 2 small items? And if they are going to require that then at least make sure to communicate it at check out. All the employees we interacted with just seemed tired and annoyed so the overall experience was not great. I don't know if we just looked suspicious to them or if this is really how they treat all their customers but it definitely made us feel uncomfortable. The food court is still great but the savings you get on the normal grocery items isn't worth it, especially if you have to go through all this hassle when you try to leave."
