"Customer service here is like a roller coaster, one day it is good (not great) but good and another day it can be absolutely horrible, but the worst is from the owner/manager. He is rude, condescending, and takes no responsibility for his store or his employee's actions. I have bought several guns from them as wells as countless accessories and cleaning supplies, but never again. I am not sure if everyone is aware, they may have an average of 3.7 stars. Of the reviews that I could see (181 in total over the last 5 years) the breakdown was the following... 1 star - 79 2 star - 9 3 star - 16 4 star - 35 5 star - 42 The fact that they have more 1 star reviews than they have for 5 star and 4 star reviews combined, should say something."

"It's kina like the airport. "Please remove your weapon unload it and put it in a case. If you do not have a case you can go next door to our shop and buy one." I expand I had a concealed carry permit and just wanted to rent a lane.( they assumed I was carrying because I walked in with ammunition and asked for a lane.) I was informed that was not good enough. I believe in the right of a business to enforce their own rules. I also believe it's the right of the public to decide what business we support. Personally I would choose one that believes in the same rights as me"

"Been to many gun ranges and shops. By far the worst of the worst i been too, From the first moment you walk in theres sort of an attitude from staff that does not feel welcoming. They are extremely big on safety which is good that we can all agree on. But my first gripe is how some of the staff talks down to people sort of explaining to us like were children which I understand there are those select few who require this type of handling but realistically some of us notice and do not appreciate it. Secondly they require you to purchase the shops ammo if it’s as large as a 5.56/223 which of course ammo will cost couple bucks more which i do not favor and they can easily check our ammo, now this wasn’t a huge deal i understand they want to maintain the range. The issue i got was when purchasing there ammo we got a comment “yeah I know but couple of you folk from base decided to mess it up for everyone and shoot green tip” just adding salt to the wound and super unprofessional remark especially to military members. Moving onto the facility and range it is very clean and organized but you will have to be perfect or the range master sitting behind you will police every move you make which understanding and safe but we had an individual next to us teaching someone to shoot and there will be mistakes that is why the individual is there to teach and catch everything but the range master kept interrupting tell her if she does this then they will charge her money for it. We can all agree there are rules but the way we present ourselves about rules goes a long way, pretty hard for people to come back when they don’t feel welcome. Won’t be returning back here just prefer to go to other ranges that are inviting and have a good social environment. Now I do notice WGS does respond to negative remarks and reviews I would tell them to save the rebuttal and do better I did not appreciate the disrespect to the service members and bundling them all in on one comment, my business will go elsewhere and in some time we shall see if positive changed are made."

"Went in to get a glock, ideally a gen5 17. Guy who helped me was FANTASTIC. It was Black Friday weekend so I knew it’d be busy, and even with waiting a few minutes to get helped, one of the sweet guys assured me someone would be with me. Honestly was willing to wait however long after that, nothing but positive interactions. I got help finding the perfect one for me and had help filling out every document with patience and jokes. Background check got approved 4 days later and got a call immediately. 12/10 would recommend, this was my first time buying from them but have always gone to the range. Worth the drive for the customer service and genuine interactions that I had!!"
