7-Eleven

"So I never really had a problem coming here until the change over of the night time workers the Indian people. Constantly adding on charges to your total for the wrong items and now charging a dollar for a bag fee. In Pierce county is eight cents. The lack of professionalism Extended at night is horrible. Advertising 24 hours but locking the doors at odd times of the night is exhausting as well. Me having to have to pay extra close attention and ask for a Receipt to all my Transactions Is also tiring. Falsely profiling people and asking them to see their pockets when no thief has happens is unacceptable as well. Will be reaching out to corporate or locating the owners email. I can understand a few bad trips here and there but I have lived in this area over 9 years without issue and been coming to this store until the last 3 months constantly issues."

"Went to get some adult drinks 10 minutes before 2, and the doors were locked. When I said I wanted to get a couple of drinks before the cut-off, he just closed the door. I'm not getting ANYTHING from here."

"So it’s a 7-11. We all know what 7-11 is about but this one is different. The employees are actually nice and the store is well-stocked and clean. And no I don’t work there, I just live close so it’s convenient."

"This is one of the best 7-11s around. Always clean, friendly and quick. They don't seem to run out of stuff and are well stocked. Compared to the 2 awful 7-11s in Des Moines by my other house, this 7-11 is a welcome sight. (And they do require masks, never seen a customer not wearing one and when I forgot mine was told I needed to wear one to be allowed in the store...)"

"This 7-Eleven is a great store and gas station to have in the neighborhood. The staff are always so nice and the store is well stocked. The place can get busy, but the clerks keep things moving and provide outstanding customer service. We frequently come here for the Redbox movies and then get some snacks at reasonable prices."
