"I had a great experience in March after major emergency surgery. I had to have a colostomy bag and I had lost so much weight that I went from a 46HHH to a 42 DDD. I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed. I went in exhausted and defeated. Then a beautiful woman said may I help you? I turned around and a sense of relief overwhelmed me. Her name is Ro I absolutely have thought about her gentle kindness everyday since then. Now it’s the day before Christmas Eve and I went to give her a gift and my thanks.
