"We bought a Vermont Castings Defiant stove after building our house and had them come out and do the complete install. It’s been 5 years and the stove is still a main talking point of our home and works flawlessly. It is so warm in the winter that we have to open the front and rear windows just to keep it from baking us out of the house. At almost 2700 sqft, this stove is more than enough to keep us warm in the winter months. The service with the store was quite good when we bought it and everything was completed as described. We have recommended multiple people to this store and will continue to do so."

"Ordered a pellet stove insert seven days ago! Was told that there were five in the warehouse and I should get a call to get install scheduled! I’ve called twice and have been told they have been busy both times to be told I would get a return call that day or the next! Which neither happened. Still unsure of install date and I’ve put a 2k deposit down!"

They were unable to provide a color chart and indicated that delivery might take 3 or 4 months and they wanted payment in full before ordering. Overall inpression was that of professional imcompetence. Wound up ordering a cover on Amazon, considerably cheaper, delivery within 1 month included in cost. So much for shopping locally!"
