"This store is a small store of very limited variety. I walked in and was greeted with good service, but felt like the staff were pressuring me to buy something. The style just wasn’t for me, and the prices were high. Good parking, just prefer a less pressured shopping environment. It felt very commission based."

"I'm giving 2 stars because I love the clothing. The service not so much. I walked in, and there was only one other customer in the store. The two ladies seemed to care less who was in the store. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation to ask about the promotions, and still they did not offer that the entire store is half off. I have been in retail for 30 years, and I get that most places are short handed, however it is not difficult to just say Hi! I believe you could do much more volume if you hired associates that were personable, friendly, and were actually interested in helping customers. I made a special trip to shop in your store, but I'll probably consider a store closer to home next time."

"They have a women's petite section! Dedicated to just petites! That's so rare, and everytime I've shopped here they had major sales! I bought 3 pants and during trying them on and off the staff was checking in and ready to switch out any sizes for different ones and it was so refreshing. The staff here really made my experience a good one but the quality of the clothes and the range of options for different sizes keeps me coming back! I never think of The Loft as a place I would shop but literally everytime I've come here I've bought something lol"

"Really enjoy this place. I love loft and it’s my go to for work church and vacation. Love the fit and find it modest. True- I’m double digits so I am not always successful in store but online is great. This store is always welcoming. Even when I have online returns - which I am sure is annoying but I buy a lot online since I’m a larger size and sometimes have to take things back. More than once I’ve had $$$$ of returns I always feel welcome and helped The store is very organized and employees are friendly. I’m not sure but the manger I believe - I’ve met her before - came right over to help this last time Offered to hold my returns at the register and offered me help in what I was looking for. Seemed very familiar with selection. Lastly in the kindness way I was respected with my size. Not sure how to describe but in a very tactful way finding my size was facilitated offers to order online even when I was shopping with friends. I wish I could describe it better but it was noted and thank you."
