"first time going in the store. looked around a bit. they have some nice things but are over priced. wanted to check out some singles but all I "as an adult" had to look at was about 20-30 useless trainers and some gold foiled cards no one uses where as "kids 13 and younger" have the ability to buy from their binder singles. i know its not gonna effect anything but im not going back there. there are way better card shops."

I came in and they took some time to teach this old man how to play again. There's no dumb questions here. I was even able to bring my little kids in. It's a great experience every time I come in."

"I understand that this is a business and everyone is always trying to rip people off. I just brought in my cards to see if I could get anything monetary for them, and the staff looked me in the eyes and said " I am not looking through all these. They are fake and you can see that from the texture and i'm not going to take my time to look through this binder." I feel like there is a much more professional way to handle business and this was not one of them."
