"Went in today for a color and cut. Spoke with them on the phone multiple times in advance regarding what I wanted. Got to the salon about 10 to 15 minutes before my 1:00 pm appointment. Was told the stylist was running about 30 minutes behind and was I willing to wait. Since I took the afternoon off work. I said yes I would wait. I sat in their lobby for an hour. witnessing the Salon manager some through more than once complaining about various people and situations. At 1:55 I went up to the counter and asked when the stylist would be ready and I was told just a few minutes. She came out just before 2 pm and said she was ready. Gave me a cursory apology. after we sat down and looked at the picture she let me know that she was not able to do the colors I requested despite the previous phone conversations as she did not have enough time (not her problem she was an hour late) or color. This was apparently my issue as well even though I had communicated previously. Offered to do just my roots and cut since she did not have the time or product. I asked how much that would cost. I was told over $300 and still no discount or apology. I said no thank you I am not paying that much and not getting what I requested . As I walked out , I spoke with the Salon Manager and expressed my concerns. When I stated I waited an hour. I was told not really, it was only because I came in early. When I mentioned color. She stated I had been called more than once because she needed to source the product since they dont hold it in shop. I responded yes, I spoke with someone 3 times and told them the colors. Her response was that it was I did not communicate clearly enough. Zero empathy or apology from the shop manager or stylist! Please do not take the risk of using this salon. Not worth it in my opinion. I do not remember every having such a poor customer service experience or lack of caring."
"The last time was there was back on Friday of February 16 and I was there clothe shopping because I had interviews and Dani or whatever her name is always walked up to every 5-10 minutes asking me “ can I help you find something “ or “ are you ready to check out “ , “ whenever you are ready come see me “ . Come on now ! As of this moment I will be closing my credit card here and I will never shop here again! Ether way y’all don’t have much in my size either way."

"Extremely disappointed with the service in the jewelry department. My engagement ring is covered under their care plan and has been sent out three times to have rose gold put on and they have messed it up three times. Today I asked for my ring back, along with a replacement and was told no, that it would be sent out AGAIN when they’ve tried three times to get it right. Zero accountability for ruining a sentimental piece of jewelry, not even an apology."
