"I will never shop at this sunglass hut again. I usually get a new pair of sunglasses every year or 2 and come here. All the experiences I've had in the past have been fantastic. The employees working are always helpful and nice EXCEPT for 1 employee. That 1 employee (I won't name that employee in public) is the reason I will never shop at this sunglass hut again nor will I ever reccomend anybody to go here. The employee was very rude, blatantly ignored my questions and was not only talking back rudely to me but also to the Macy's store manager. Was a very uncomfortable situation and thankfully Macy's store manager personally took care of me."
