"I love when the Balsam and Lupine flowers are in bloom on the Rowena crest. It is especially stunning during the golden hour. Not only do you get beautiful fields of flowers, but also an incredible view of the Columbia River Gorge. I like to get to Rowena Crest via the Moiser exit off of I 84 east."
"Wnt there to watch the sunrise and it was beautiful. Would recommend going there an hour in advance to wall up the trail to the viewpoint. However Ok to stop halfway the views are still great."
