"The occasion visit is fun. But I should not have to go get a covid test, when I have 3 disabled kids have no symptoms. Heck most places are only testing if you do have symptoms. This place is also expensive and small compared to Pointe Defiance. Like I said it's an ok, occasional trip."

"Haven't been in years and it was even better than I remembered... Staff is not only knowledgeable but, friendly and genuinely care about your zoo experience..."
"There are a few fun and novel things in the store, however, most of the stuff here is a Shameless cash grab. For example shirts made with recycled plastic but they are uncomfortable and itchy and cost twice as much as the other t-shirts there. Or the fertilizer they try to sell you which is literally just download from their animals. The zoo is great but they could really improve the store. I personally would not recommend spending too long in this location."
