"Menu and concept is dated, but I think that is the goal. Old school fine dining. Just not a good value or creativity for the money. But they make their business on people celebrating special occasions. Service and atmosphere is outstanding. Great overall experience."

"Cozy atmosphere, okay service, good food. The steak was cooked well. The bread was delish. This is not a 4 or 5 star rating because they are not upfront with their "service fees" so the check was higher than expected (about $50). I just wish they were up front about it, and or bake in the extra costs to each item. It honestly ruined the experience for me and we felt slighted because it felt like an intentionally deceptive practice. The paperwork states this money goes to El Goucho, but the server says 15% goes to them and 5% goes to the back of the house. Either way, it would have been nice to be alerted ahead of time. The server couldn't even adequately explain it which is a red flag. Honesty, food, service and atmosphere is much better at other nearby eateries and you will spend 1/3rd of the price."

"Fantastic dining experience. Our waitress was extremely polite and made sure that the 4 of us had a fantastic experience. The appetizers are delicious and well thought out. We each tried a different steak and had 2 bottles of champagne. The sides are a must, and are shareable. We will be returning customers in the future. Having paid the bill for my party I will say, be prepared to spend !"
