Magnolia Pizza & Pasta

"I don’t have high expectations when it comes to pizza in Seattle since I’m a transplant from NY, but the food from this establishment was near inedible. The pizza is bland and was delivered cold, and my partner aptly described the mozzarella sticks as looking “anemic”, which can be seen in the photo. The service is terrible as well, DoorDash gave an eta of about 30 minutes but they took over an hour and when I called the restaurant for an update, I was placed on hold for five minutes after which I hung up in frustration. This might very well be the worst pizza I’ve had since moving here. Do yourself a favor and stay away."

"This was very disappointing food/pizza option and we definitely won't be going back unless something changes. I'll include pictures to help others. The overloaded pepperoni was light Canadian bacon (ham) topping, not pepperoni and not overloaded. The chicken fingers were dry and no better than cheap cafeteria. The ranch was clearly hidden valley or cheaper. The mozzarella sticks were barely cooked and we had to air fry them more to get any crisp out of them. The poppers were actually decent but also had to be air fried to be any good."

"I used to order from here a lot. Then the quality started to go down, then the customer service went down even lower. The last time I ordered pick up, I paid in advance and got there when they told me to, which was 45 minutes later. When I got there, no one was at the counter, so I waited about 10 minutes finally, someone came from the back and they said they forgot to make it, so to come back later. No apology, no offer of a free soda or cheese sticks, just come back later. I waited in my car and it took them 30 minutes to make it and again, no apology. I get it, mistakes happen, but they were actually annoyed they had to make my pizza. So, that was the last straw after several other bad experiences with quality issues, so started going elsewhere. Wellp, after about 8 months, I decided to give them another shot. Maybe they have new management and all will be good again. WRONG. I tried to order from their website and app, but you can't do a half and half pizza order there, so I called to just order direct. The first 2 times I got no answer. I tried one last time and they answered I asked if I could order direct since I can't order a half and half on the website or app and he hung up on me. Hmmm.... ok, maybe he hit the wrong button and accidentally hung up on me? I called back, and they answered, so again started to say I wanted to order a pizza and he cut me off and he said "no, they can't until 3" and hung up on me again. Umm.. it is 7pm, so by 3 did he mean 3am or 3pm tomorrow? I have no idea. Even if there was some issue that they were no longer making pizzas at a pizza restaurant on a Saturday at 7pm, no need to be so damn rude. Needless to say, that is the last time I attempt to order from them. It is sad because this used to be my go to pizza place. As an FYI Il Villaggio in Magnolia has good food and awesome customer service."

"We ordered a meat lover calzone, that thing was HUGE. I’d say it’s the size of your forearm. We also ordered chicken Parmesan pasta, some kind of pasta that had pesto in it I don’t remember what it was, spaghetti with marinara sauce and a Seattle favorite small pizza. The pastas came with salads, I wasn’t expecting much from the salads cause usually they’re gross and wilted just nasty. But the lettuce and stuff was so fresh I ate it with no dressing :) The pizza had FRESH sliced/diced garlic. Not that jarred stuff. The whole pizza you could tell was definitely homemade there. The quality matched the price which can be hard to find. Was a really nice find. Would recommend:) Everyone ate their food and got full. -family of 8"
