"Ardon Health has been taking care of me since my neurologist put me on preventative shots for my chronic migraines. Everyone one I have dealt with there has been kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you get your meds as needed and on time, that you have the support supplies you need, and they assist in dealing with insurance and copay assistance programs. At Ardon, I have always felt like a person, not just a patient file."
"In the beginning it was great everyone was so nice and helpful. Not sure what's going on now but I was on a very expensive specialty drug that switched to generic. My insurance will only cover the generic. Now it's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer about anything. They used to be very diligent about getting my medicine to me on time now its like they could care less. I'm chopped liver now and constantly missing doses due to late deliveries.. My advice is stay on top of them, call early to get the ball rolling. Pain in the rear but don't let your health be in their hands!"
