"I switched to Capsule after a horrible experience with my previous pharmacy. I'm happy to say that, so far, my experience has been excellent. Delivery is always prompt, and when I was recently prescribed a new medicine and asked if I could fill it ASAP, they were able to accommodate. They respond very quickly to any questions via the chat function, and the one time I went there in person, the pharmacist was very patient and kind. If you're tired of feeling like an inconvenience every time you go to the pharmacy, or showing up only to discover they never filled your prescription, Capsule is a great alternative."

"The best pharmacy experience I've ever had. I had been having trouble with my insurance and was honestly pretty rude to the pharmacist, but despite that, he was so kind and helpful. They also put stickers and a handwritten note in my first order, which I loved. Previously I've gone to Safeway or CVS pharmacy, were they always seem annoyed that I'm there. "Have used capsule 4 times now. I use for my diabetes medication now as regular pharmacies were always taking sometimes several days to order medication, process and get ready. They always were either forgetting to process my manufacture coupon that I told them I was using or processed it wrong and causing more delays. Sometimes they would argue with me about how the coupon worked when they were the ones doing it wrong. Was becoming a headache really. Heard about capsule and have had zero issues. Medication is always ready for checkout to pay within maybe a half hour, I have my coupon uploaded and they never have any issue processing and price always comes out accurate! I'm always able to set up delivery for very next day. I've had 3 different delivery people and they all have came on time and were all friendly."

I was sick and needed some cough medication but didn’t want to deal with the local pharmacy’s as they are always a mess and getting my info and insurance set up is always a pain. Capsule was extremely easy. Took care of everything through the app and my meds were delivered the very next day with no hiccups. I was able to upload my id, insurance card, and pay all through the app and select when I’d like to receive my order. Will definitely use them again."
