What can they do if it's out of stock? I suggest using their app for hassle free transactions - you will be able to know the status of your prescriptions and many more. Did you know that you can also pay in advance? Well, now you know. I hope this helps anyone who is tech savvy to leave bad reviews but is too lazy to download and use the CVS app."

"July 31, 2023: had an almost identical experience today as my original complaint. Incredibly rude behavior and tone from the pharmacist. Original review, early 2023ish: Had a prescription sent to this pharmacy today. Went in to pick it up and was told that they did not have it in stock. We asked if we could have the prescription routed to a CVS that did have it in stock, and were told that they would not do that, and that they also wouldn't tell us which CVS locations might have it. The pharmacist with whom we dealt was rude, and was acting very clearly like she did not care about our situation."
