Safeway Pharmacy

"Absolute dogwater-level service. Do not rely on this pharmacy. The staff slow, rude, impatient, and do not answer the phone. I’ve tried calling many times this morning, all sent to a voice machine, minus once, where someone actually picked up and immediately hung up the phone. They *do not* want or care for your business. Any good, virtuous, capitalism-loving-American would avoid this place like a mask in the pandemic."

"I've been calling this place every couple hours for FOUR DAYS and no on has ever picked up the phone. How hard is it to answer the phone?"

"DO NOT GO HERE. Slow rude staff. I got my covid booster here and the pharmacist was rushed and rude and went impossibly fast that I don't know if I actually got the entire amount. So fast there was a snap sound and a lot of blood. I've never had that happen. She finished, disposed the syringe so I couldn't confirm it was empty and ran out. No 10 minutes recommended for observation or anything."

"The people are nice. The wait is ridiculous! Every time I go, I wait at least 20 minutes to pick up a medication that’s already been filled. They seem understaffed, but there are 3 people normally on. Update 12/22: they are still a horrible pharmacy but the only real option right near me. Now, they rarely answer the phone even for doctors offices. Understaffed even more so. The staff however still remains friendly when they do pick up the phone. I generally wait a few days for a script to be filled if I don’t go there and tell them I need it asap."

"Understaffed and extremely slow. I tried to pick up a prescription that had been called in 3 days prior and it wasn’t ready. Without a refill number (which I didn’t have) I was unable to check the status over the automated phone system (stupid). The pharmacist advised me to come back at 4:40. When I returned (at exactly 4:40), it was still not ready. 35 minutes later I was finally able to get my prescription, and only because the 1 employee scheduled to work that day stayed 15 minutes after closing. Do better Safeway."
