"It’s very unprofessional to not show up for your client who you had even talked to over the phone to confirm appointment time before the appointment. I had scheduled an appointment with her and even called the day before and day of just to confirm time. I showed up 15 minutes early like she had asked me to so I could fill out a few papers and the door was locked. I called and no answer. Figured she was getting lunch. Sat there for a while and tried calling again with no answer. I sat there for 2 hours waiting for her before finally giving up. Called about 10-15 times. Even had the salon ladies next door call with no luck. If you say you’re going to be there for a clients appointment then be there. Will definitely not be scheduling with her again !! Highly highly disappointed and displeased. Very sad and upset. Ladies at salon even said she does this to her clients often. Super unprofessional and quite rude if you ask me."
