"If you’re looking for medical malpractice, this is the clinic for you. Came in on an emergency visit as a new patient with severe mouth pain was then convinced to not have an emergency visit and just do a full exam so we can get everything taken care of. Due to other medical issues I had to be prescribed pain medicine I was giving a whopping four pills to cover me for 24 hours. Then the doctor tells me to call back in the event that I need a refill and the pain has not gone away. Called to request refill and was told absolutely not patient and will not prescribe you anymore pain meds. After this, I requested my records to be electronically sent to me, and after providing them an in written request, I’m now told it will be taking one entire week to put those together and get them to me. My dentist is on hold to take care of these painful issues that I’m dealing with until this wonderful clinic decides to get their act together and stop abusing their patients. Avoid at all costs. Edit Well aware of federal laws thanks been in the medical industry for 20 years now. The issue at hand is what your dr said and what he then decided after I left and neglected to tell me. I left with confidence in your office that if the pain continued that a call for a refill would be made. Sadly that was not the case. Any dr would have given me more than a one day supply of pain meds even more so due to my issues with IBU and cannot take that med. hopefully your office can learn from your mistakes and make it right for you patients."
