"We went in for an urgent care visit for all 3 of our young kids at the same time on the 23rd of December at 530pm. Staff receptionist were so efficient. The 3 receptionists checked our kids within minutes, very welcoming, sweet. Nurse Bianca was the absolute best with the kids. Gave them rubber duckies and other toys to help calm and curb nerves. Checked vitals and made small talk kids loved her! Doctor Jeremiah came in and was very personable and great with the kids as well. Overall amazing visit. Highly recommend coming here for any urgent needs for children. Visit was done by 7pm for all 3 kids."

"I received excellent care & was treated with care by The Medical Staff & by the Dr! Summit ER medical staff & doctors need to strive and do no harm to their patients! And they to treat their patients with respect and not just put them in a room and leave them there for 2-3hours! Over all so pleased with the rest of the Departments & the Pacific Pharmacy staff! So glad I switched from Rite Aide located on Wishkah Street to the Pacific! They are so helpful & understanding! They did not get rude or snotty and did not give a horrible answer of “Not my job& or Here comes another Entitled City Drug Customer!” Shame on the Rite-Aide Staff! Do better and Do No Harm To Your Pharmacy Customers!!!!!!!"

"I went to urgent care to get checked out for some stuff I'm not going to explain that. They refused to see me. Kept trying to send me to the er for no reason. I'd been seen there for the same reason 4 years prior and didn't have an issue that time. It's a serious issue but not an e.r. issue. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I nextvtried the new walk in clinic in elma and it's also summit pacific and tried same thing. Ultimately I drove to olympia was seen at their urgent care and never went to the e.r. very uncaring and broken system to turn somebody in need away . I will never come back.✌️"

"I spent a few hours at the Urgent Care in Elma WA. today. I braced myself for another mind numbing experience that is part and parcel of the Grays Harbor medical wasteland. I was dumbfounded to find exactly the opposite. The facility was immaculate (not to mention beautiful) the staff kind, caring and very professional. The experience was what you would expect to have in Portland or Seattle. If going to the doctor ever has any chance at being a good experience you will have exactly that at Elma Urgent care."
