"Worst clinic ever. I have a fractured vertebrae and went to Elma to establish care since my insurance switched. I was referred to an out of network provider who is not covered by my insurance. For the past 2 days I have tried to get a new referral to no avail. Meanwhile I am out of meds that my provider does not refill. I am at a loss."
