"The theater, sound quality, ambience, seating and all was great. No complaints there. The 2 stars is for the insane amount of previews before the movies. I was in my seat at 3:05 for a 3pm showing of Dune 2. I sat through probably 15 minutes of car commercials before getting inundated with another 15 or so minutes of previews. My schedule was tight so I'd checked runtimes and gone to that showing thinking I'd have time to make a 6pm appointment down the street. As you can probably guess, I had to leave the movie during the climax which absolutely ruined the experience. If you're going to advertise run times; advertise when the movie ends (including previews) so the audience can plan accordingly or START THE ACTUAL MOVIE when it's supposed to start. The movie is already 3 hours long. hoodwinking customers into sitting for an additional half hour of advertising garbage is bad form; particularly when it causes some to have to leave the movie early"
"My wife, youngest son and I went to see dune 2 at Division Street. The high temp today was mid 40s. Got to the theatre, got our snacks and went to the auditorium to watch the film. Took off my coat and stocking hat and sat down. It took less than two minutes and I put them back on again. It was only slightly warmer in the auditorium than it was outside. It was warmer in the common area of the theatre than in the auditorium. We prepurchased our tickets online. That and the fact that I have been waiting to see this film made us stay. Otherwise I would have demanded my money back. I hope regal sees this because making your patrons physically uncomfortable just so you can save a buck is incredibly inappropriate."
"Pretty nice theater! Lot of commercials before the movie, not the location's fault, everyone is doing this now. Almost half an hour of that. Couple of trailers for new movies (which i like) but mostly ads for Regal and other brands. If you are late to the show time, dont worry too much - these ads were almost a half hour of screen time before the movie started. That being said - The theater was clean, staff were super nice, lots of concessions to choose from, good audio, I had a good time."
"Great value, excellent service, compassionate people. I dropped my wallet, they walked me back and helped me find it. Fully intact and untouched."
"Nice staff. Prices are big box theater, eg $14 for medium popcorn and a medium drink, but what do you expect? It's a first run national chain. The seats don't recline, and they're a little stiff and straight back. You get your pick though, plenty of seating available. Very handicap accessible."
