"Don’t move here! The new apartment manager is a tyrant. She micro manages everything, and has completely destroyed the peaceful community that once was. She gives out 10 day eviction notices for the smallest issues. As well as rips through garbage bags to search for accidental recyclables that end up there, then threatens eviction."

"These apartments are nice, Marcio does his best as maintanance/Landlord doing everything on his own. They're well maintained and everyone is nice, it is in a nice part of Everett and the majority of the apartments have a view of the snohomish river. Only bad thing I have to say is it's so close to the traintracks you can hear the train cars attaching which can be loud at 3 AM."
