"Victor and Brian are no longer there, so those reviews should be removed or at least placed at the bottom. Losing Brian was a bummer he seemed over worked and wasn't there one day. Victor was awesome and always got back to us in time, and seemed proud to be helping the area improve, but again one day he just wasnt there. Seems odd the only people of color are gone, unfortunately speaking with Cody or Heaven has not always been the graceful. There is a clear cultural difference. Parking is non existent and we're forced to either park at the park and ride risking to be towed or risk parking on the street and being broken into. It's nice the city doesn't care about the parking signs. It's very cheap and inexpensive but when you add the monthly insurance deductible for your window, cost of living adds up. There might be some larger drug problems because the hallways all smell horrible. Once in your unit it can be nice but getting there can be rough. Residents seem to not care because staff does not care."

"I want to give a special Thanksgiving Thank you to Cody B who was our Building Manager before transferring to Koz at the Dome recently. Cody was very responsive and always attentive to the Tenants needs. He sent out emails to all the tenants regarding updates, concerns and reminders which made all of us comfortable knowing that there was somebody we could always reach out to if there was an issue. Both Heaven and Cody are the 2 main reasons I have renewed twice and I just hope people realize how lucky they are to get a guy with solid integrity. I know this area has some challenges and my advice to current/future tenants is to make sure you don't allow strangers into the building without a key. It doesn't matter what kind of security you have if your the one compromising the safety of others. My prior complex before Koz had 24hr security and an underground garage but we constantly had break ins/missing packages because too many tenants didn't want to "offend" a stranger who would follow in from behind. Koz gives a great deal with Electric and Internet included, along with a clean and modern unit. I highly recommend Koz and Cody B! Good luck Cody!"

"Very reasonably priced apartments. I love my apartment view of the waterway and the city. There have been a lot of management changes since I've lived here, but the new manager, Cody, is very personable and always gets back to me when I reach out. Only downside for me is parking since there is no assigned parking areas so I have to park wherever I can find, but its super close to public transportation (link, bus, and Amtrak all within walking distance)."

"I just moved in to this building not long ago, and my move in process was wonderful. I’ve had lots of experiences with management that doesn’t respond and doesn’t care, but at KOZ that has not happened! Victor is wonderful management. He truly cares about the people who live in the building and our needs. It looks like there is a great sense of community among a lot of the residents! I love my apartment, and the street parking is amazing! ( coming from someone who just moved from downtown Seattle) Glad to be back home in Tacoma with a community and property manager who cares !"

"My experience with Koz Dome has been great! I resided on the 6th floor and my neighbors were quiet. My apartment was clean and brand new when I moved in! Whenever, I sent a email regarding something which wasn’t often they responded right away. The maintenance supervisor is amazing Brian! And the new manager Victor is responsive, reliable, and is trying to engage the community. The apartments are very affordable and modern! I am originally from Dallas so I searched for something modern and that remind me of home. This complex is excellent for those who care about where and how they live! Only con is parking and last I heard this was being resolved. Thank you Koz for acting as a home away from home!"
