""DEN OF THIEVES" is the only way to describe this place. Cant believe Wyndham puts its name on it. The guest services people were hidious... gross, loud, unprofessional, gum popping, or shucking sunflower seeds by mouth with ten inch fingernails....spitting them in a paper cup... gawd! you get the picture.... sent toba room already occupied by who knows how many people (the bathtub was ma3 de into a bed, seriously) Im just glad we didnt get shot!! Went back to the office and they sent us to another room . It was disgusting and unclean. So exhausted we slept w our clothes on to not come in contact w dirty bed linens, My Mom couldnt sleep she was up checking on her car all night....shower didnt work so my Mom washed her hair bending over the tub, the nerve of q criminals, They took 30.00 of our deposit for some "Purple Shampoo" left on a towel, its SHAMPOO it doesn't stain, she just wanted my money & we left a cash deposit so she KNEW she could take it. We just left sick to our stomachs.. My mom tried to call for months but they refused to take her call & when she called Wyndham they claimed their phones were down. I came back in person with my receipt next time we were in the area and they laughed at us saying "That money is long gone honey" refused to refund my money. Note to Owner: If they will steal from us they will steal from you!!"

"This place is DISGUSTING!! Infested with bed bugs! If u stay here, u will be coming home with uninvited guests! Then you’ll be spending thousands of dollars getting rid of said guests. Take it from me…spend the money on a nicer place, cause in the end…if u stay here…u will be out thousands of dollars! Nothing works, no cold water in shower, door lock was broken, bed covers had cigarette holes…this place is FOUL!! Shame on y’all for renting out rooms to people!!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely terrible, room had weird smell and had a ton of flies including dead ones on the bed. There was no room key so had to be let in by front desk. After seeing the room we instantly decide we did not want to stay there. When asking the front desk if we would be receiving a refund the lady was extremely rude, stay far away from this place. I am amazed at how terrible this experience was and the attitude of the worker when asking politely if we would be receiving a refund."

"Showed up here and they didn't have functional rooms for our stay. When settling on a room that we needed staff to let us in (no room keys given), we entered the room and there was several dead bugs on bed and was overall unsanitary and smelled horrendous. When going to back to check in office, to request a refund we were treated incredibly rudely. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Don't let their lower costs trick you into staying here. It's not worth any amount of money you'll save. Extra star on Service because the front desk person was nice, but that was the only perk. First we were given a key to the wrong room, which we discovered when we walked in on someone trying to get ready for bed. Somehow avoiding a confrontation, we went back to the front desk to let them know. Turns out that, yes, it was not our room. After getting the correct key and gaining access to the correct room, the musty smell overwhelmed us. From the state of the carpets, we weren't surprised. Luckily the AC worked and had a drying component to help clear that out, but it had to be running the whole time, which was loud. Water pressure was weak, and we never found out how to get anywhere between scalding and freezing. Since nothing is nearby, we knocked off early, but while in bed, we got woken up no less than 3 times by someone knocking loudly on our door. Each time after waking up, getting dressed, and making it to the door, no one would be there. In the morning, they ran out of their free breakfast, which was one of the draws that convinced us to try this place out. Left as soon as we could, and we won't ever be back."
