"Management is extremely terrible. My experience applying for St. James was a huge waste of time. Melina was very unprofessional and rude, raising her voice over the phone and hanging up for a simple concern of mine to which she didn’t want to help with after I was patient and polite to her. The office was unresponsive since day 1. I had to constantly call and email for weeks and weeks to check up on my application status. I never heard back from anyone. I had to show up in person in order to get a hold of Melina. Management doesn’t seem to care so stay away from this place. Do not waste your time applying or even reaching out."

"I've lived here nearly 2 years and very much enjoyed it for awhile but now I can't wait for my lease to end!!! ever since June there has been a constant changeover in management with zero communication to tenants (management is offsite). Now our new manager is absolutely horrific, unresponsive and unwilling to work with anyone. They raised my rent by over 10% when I renewed my lease (without proper notice) then essentially abandoned the property."

"This review is not negative due to denial as, I was approved without any problem with JR (Jonathan Rosario) 12/14 and a appt was set for the 16th to look at 2 diff Apts at 2 diff locations and set a move in date. On 12/15 I confirmed the appt yet again via our email thread to meet at 12/16. He never showed. We left and came back twice (as its freezing) calling/emailing within a half hour and then went to another complex where he still never showed either. He sent his maintenance guy all to tell me he rented both units while on the maintenance guys speaker phone. (Talk about a punk) As I questioned why he would forget our appt, units I was securing, multiple conversations, how to proceed ect he decided he did not have to serve me and hung up. The negative reviews about the 4 complexes he manages is true. They get people in to get thier lease sign bonus, but they do not care about the tenants or the run down buildings. St James has first floor apts with busted windows out today. Hence the rediculously low deposits in comparison to the "sign" bonus they recieve."

"I have yet to rent from this property owner, but after speaking with JR, I can't wait to (hopefully) rent an apartment at one of their locations! JR was personable, kind, very helpful, and has made finding an apartment while out of the state much easier than I thought it would be. I have my fingers crossed that i'll be able to move into one of their apartments this summer!"
