"Nice apartment with quality appliances and in good condition. Nice amenities like common areas, work area, coffee bar, and gym. Gym is good for an apartment complex this size, with newer equipment as well. If you prefer there are two great YMCAs very close as well. Secure parking down stairs cost extra but well worth it in my opinion. It is well kept, always spots, and spots for larger vehicles. Package lockers in addition to mailboxes are a great feature. The general vibe seems to be students and young professionals. Shout out to Jessica, the assistant community director, she is normally at the front desk and is always pleasant to talk to and tries to help with whatever the issue is. There can be ceiling noise but if you have an issue try having a talk with your neighbor about it, most people I have met have been very friendly and understanding. There is a little road noise if you are at a low level facing towards Tacoma Ave, but a small fan was fine for me, or try a different facing or higher unit. Overall though, it's a nice community and I'm happy so far. I hear it is on the expensive side, but personally think it is still reasonable considering the benefits and lease term flexibility."

"The Napoleon Team is wonderful and always willing to help residents with their needs. We have been here for almost two years now and love the neighborhood as well. "We are so sad to be leaving the Napoleon! We lived here for almost 2 years & really enjoyed the amenities, new appliances & giant windows in our apartment. Michael (the manager) is so cool & professional, definitely my favorite apartment manager I've had. The maintenance manager Jonathan is also super sweet & always had a positive attitude & was down to help with anything. The apartment is in downtown Tacoma, which has its *charms* but the building felt secure & was well maintained. I appreciate everything the Napoleon did for me & my husband! ❤️"

"Napoleon has been a great experience! Jessica the front desk staff always smiles a greets me when I am down in the lobby and the maintenance man Jonathan is always super fast and efficient with our requests! It’s super quiet at night and all the tenants are respectful of each other space, The only thing I would say that is an issue, only because I have a dog, is that some people do not pick up after their dogs mess on the rooftop which is a little irritating at times. But other than that’s it’s been wonderful!"

"Thank you for everything Napoleon Apartments, best apartments we have been. The management is amazing, they are always there for any inquiry or question. They take care of the tenants needs. The building is always always clean, everything works fine and if not the fix it immediately, the Manager Michael is very professional and friendly. Jessica the front desk girl she’s so helpful, nice and kind with everybody. They plan every holiday and event for the tenants and it’s always fun. Best place to live."
