"Do not settle for this place. I’ve been here since September and it’s been nothing but chaos. For one, these “newly” renovated units are absolute trash. They did the absolute bare minimum on this place. Second, parking is an absolute nightmare. There are constantly different cars here every night taking up the tenants parking. AND there are homeless everywhere who like to hangout on the stairs and urine all over. No body cleans the property EVER. This place is ghetto as ghetto can get. Don’t do it."

"Lack of security poor lighting no motion sensors No cameras you're on your own good luck. Last reported burglary April 2020"

"I never live here but I work for a delivery company and half the time I don't deliver there because it's not safe (druggies hanging outside). So I take the packages back and have them call the customer to come pick them up. When I do feel safe enough to deliver there, the are no apartment numbers on the most exterior part of the outside. I had to walk around the building both street level and second floor just to find the right apartment."

"Low price for an amazing apartment, my own fireplace and a whole lot more. Polite neighbors and a caring landlord. This is one of those places where you get out of it what you put into it. If you are polite and don't abuse the apartment, it will last forever and your experience will be very nice. Anything else and you brought that bad experience on yourself. This place is great, you just have to let it be great."

"I stayed in theses apartments for 2 years and 5 months and they not worth your money they have mold growing inside of the units they half ass fix whatever needs to b fixed the pipe are so old when u take a shower your standing up in water also the pipes back up into other units I moved from the bottom unit because the dishwasher didn't not work we used it one time and water was everywhere the toilet was leaking water all day and night so I moved upstairs and as soon as I moved up stairs we ended up with bedbugs the first month we was there so we had the bug people come out they told us they always out here for bed bugs mangment is so rude she told my 7 year old nephew she will call the cops on him just because he was pulling flowers off of the bush there was also to murders here in the apartments she made one guy leave but the other guy got to stay here its not worth y'all money so stay away they also have huge rats running around roaches in the unit if u tell mangment she will tell u to kill it and bring the dead Roach to here then she will get the unit sprayed the mold is so bad here both of my girls stayed sick all the time we killed the mold and it just grew and grew back when u used the washer and dryer water is every where the dryer does not dry your clothes she also has her grand children doing her job they tape the paper on your door for next month rent the last letter she wrote up was if u have kids playing outside that they will have to pick up rocks and paper from off the ground that's what the lawn care is for it was the best day of my life when I moved out so beware please do not move out here u will be disappointed"
