"Blatantly discriminates and harasses disabled veterans who have legitimate service animals and have provided the information to them on multiple occasions. If you have a service animal and are a disabled veteran, expect that these people will not abide by the legal standards that the law set forth per the ADA. They don't fill their maintenance requirements and you'll likely have to get the city involved to get anything done. Good luck getting them to answer the phone, they never answer it so communication is absolutely minimal at best. They don't respond to emails, they won't answer the door if you show up. They do everything they can to not engage with their tenants. Their customer service is literally a joke. They're categorically one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with."

"Do NOT RENT !! They don’t communicate with you. You’re going to be the one always reaching out hearing updates. Our unit had black mold for months we ended up getting really sick me and my kids always had to go to the ER. Instead of moving us like we ask they broke our lease we only had 6 days to get out and to find a new place. This property management lacks empathy and doesn’t communicate to the tenants."

"All about money will lie and cheat to keep your deposit as they did with me. My 17 year old daughter died and they asked if I wanted to move to a smaller unit. No condolences nothing. Charged me a 125 light cleaning fee apartment left spotless. Update had the pleasure of speaking with Randy Schell - the owner of NRB Property Management LLC. Randy called me personally to express his shock and condolences over how his employees and the homeowner treated me. He said that he had conversations prior to making his very heartfelt apology and I did receive my full deposit back. I wish that I could give a 5 star rating but the training for interactions with tenants still needs to be addressed. Don is also amazing he did my pre-check out inspection. I have to say they are attentive to all maintenance request and the up keep to the property is timely. I did love my apartment."
