Bay Terrace Tacoma

"Maintenance is okay. Sometimes repair things and sometimes they don't .apartment building needs updating inside. Window blinds inside the apartment not that very good people can see you. sometimes the neighbors are loud above you till 11:30 to 2:30 at night. It looks like they're trying to clean up the neighborhood which has made it a lot more quieter. They also need some more community entertainment and art . And more fun games to play besides bingo. Also what will make it more amazing is extra vending machine and a package mailing secure place for the residents here."
