"Looks run down and unmanaged! Surrounded by small restaurants/business' and no surprise why there are complaints about bugs. No phone number either! Not interested, dirty!"

"It has major roach issues. The owner seems to think it’s okay to move people into dilapidated bug infested units. It was the worse experience ever for us and our young children. We just had to suffer through it because we signed a year lease. The unit we rented has roaches in the old wood and we did not know until night time. There were also fleas for some reason even though it’s a no pet building. Our unit had major issues and maintenance never came by. They lied and said requests were completed. I would like to add that after we moved in and were trying to call and complain a note was put up on the door across from us saying that the person who lived there had abandoned the unit and now owed BCI and Kimberly apartments $17,000. It was a warning to us that if we left too we would be charged that amount and taken to court. The other tenants at Kimberly do not care about the bugs or other issues because it keeps the rent low. We were charged over 2,000 in supposed damages to the unit and they took our 1200 deposit. The owner and BCI are evil to do this to a young couple with their new baby and little toddler."
