"Do not rent from uptown 7 they will bleed you dry with undisclosed fee's and always wanting to come in for one reason or another. Just dont do it."
"They will send you to collections when you move out. We we're ideal tenets, signed up for a year lease, every month paid on time, decided to leave early because we were buying a house and ended up paying a huge lease break - but that was our choice. We also left the place clean, not perfect but clean. What wasn't a choice and was ridiculous is we got a collection notice from them on the day our lease ended for a fourth of what we had already paid in the lease break. Turns out they do it to everyone when they move out. Pretty trashy move and a pain to have to go through a debt collector instead of just dropping off another check."
"I wish I could give less than 1 star. Water is constantly turned off for extended periods with no warning and maintenance is constantly entering the apartment for issues that should have been taken care of prior to move in. Management does not care about complaints, only cares about making more money, recently started charging a ridiculous amount for parking which had been promoted as free at move in. Laundry facilities were supposed to be updated when we moved in 1.5 years ago, however nothing has changed and the machines rarely work. Their website states that all apartments have a balcony, but thats not true, its a poorly maintained walkway which your neighbors use for smoking in front of your windows as well as frequent domestic disputes. The dog park is constantly full of dog poop, so can't really be used. The apartments were fixed up so quickly, that the floors are coming up and the closest doors are falling apart after only being here a short time. Our above neighbors bathroom flooded into my apartment and nothing was done about it. You can call/email management as often as you like but will never hear back from them because they simply don't care. I have lived in numerous apartments in Seattle which I though were bad, but this place really tops the cake as the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Don't give this place your money."
"Management is impossible to get in touch. Horrible communication. Keeps raising rent and hidden fees without consent. No respect for private space and keeps invading tenant privacy"
