"Very unfortunate experience with Pat Hatcher, the property manager. She is very elderly and fails to keep up the property. There is trash laying everywhere in the courtyard, and she refuses to hire an exterminator for the mouse problem. When I moved out she didn’t do a thorough inspection and then tried to tack on several charges at a much later date after I moved out. Renters beware!"

"Do not live here- the buildings are falling apart and when you leave you will be billed extensively. Of course, getting answers from management is troublesome"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I just moved out of this place. I signed a 9 month lease back in November and it was probably the worst thing I could of done. First off the place is full of mold and the land lady (who’s not very nice and always has an attitude) will blame it on you even tho it’s IN THE WALLs and tell you to fix it. There was a leak in the apartment above us and our finger went through our ceiling and all the did was “fix” the leak and not let the floor under neath dry out. The floor by our back door also started to have water come up through the floor and the land lady said they weren’t going to fix it “until we moved out” this was back in may and that’s when we decided to move out at the end our lease in July. They are now trying to charge me for damages that they said they weren’t going to charge me for and are also trying to charge me damages from the people before me. And our neighbors who we are friends with said they had people moving in the day after we moved out so I know they didn’t fix any of the problems. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. YOULL END UP WITH MOLD POISONING!!!! And they’ll blame you for it. When I tried having them sign a paper saying I can have a second opinion come in and check everything out they got defensive and wouldn’t sign it."

"I've lived at this place with my roomie for over a year now. And it's been great! Laundry is NOT quarters and all that, in fact, it's free! Yes there only one washer and dryer per group of units but the fact that we are adults helps with no waiting, or stolen things. Management recently changed I'd say within the last six months and both managers have been extremely accommodating and helpful. Also if you work at the mall you get a discount to live here. May not be the biggest but it is incentive. Also units come with garage at no extra cross. Yes there are kids but they are NOT that loud and rambunctious. Plus if you keep to yourself, no one will bug you.. I'd absolutely refer someone here."

"Stay away! I was locked out of my apartment (airport lost my luggage with my keys in it) and I sat outside my own place for a week, staying with friends at night waiting for the manager to let me back in. Trying to contact these people is almost impossible, even if you knock on their door! Add that to an exorbitant amount of rent for a dinky studio that is infested with bugs and a poor excuse for laundry (quarter operated of course) and you would be better off living outside. If you are trying to hide from the cops maybe this is the place for you, but if not please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY"
