"Worst apartments ever. We are stuck in a terrible lease. Black mold is EVERYWHERE in our apartment that our child was hospitalized, neighbors are loud and disrepectful, we have waited 3 months to get a dishwasher repair, everything leaks, DO NOT RENT HERE!! Cedar court next door was way better and way quieter. You will have NO peace living here. I’ve considered ruining my credit score and breaking our lease."
"This place is terrible don’t waste your time and money living here. They promise nice amenities but never give it to you. There’s never parking because it’s so small and they either give out too many passes or just don’t regulate the people that park without a pass. The trash is disgusting you can never actually throw yours away because they never empty the trash compactor so there’s a wall of trash that seeps into the parking lot. The gate they promise is always broken I’ve known people here that have had stuff stolen from their cars in the complex because of it. It’s constantly smells like cigarettes from the neighbors smoking In Their bathroom. If you even want to relax with a nice shower think again because the water is connected through all the units so if one person runs their water you get burning hot water all day with no cold water. They also promise you new features in the unit that they’ll never give you plus they’ll raise your rent."
"Literally one of the worst places I've ever lived and I grew up in public housing. They list gated community as one of the amenities but fail to state that 8 out of the last 9 months the gate has been broken and stuck open. Instead they send emails to the residents suggesting they take measures, such as spending money in security features for their cars, to avoid theft. No care for the fact that cars are vandalized and broken into regularly. There is not nearly enough parking for residents so it's not uncommon to see people parking in the fire lane or blocking other cars in. The power goes out to the garages on a weekend and when you call the maintenance line they tell you there is nothing that can be done since they don't have anyone to fix the issue on the weekend, leaving your car trapped in the garage due to only having access with the remote garage opener. They offer a rent concession for the inconveniences but never actually follow through. I don't think it's the fault of the staff - they are all ridiculously underpaid. The management company is cheap and negligent. I highly recommend looking at the surrounding properties that seem to be better managed. I'm counting the days until my lease is up so I can move. The joke of it all is that on the lease itself they ask you to consider leaving a positive review of the property!"
"Overall, the team is lovely and make it easy to communicate. The manager and leasing agent are always respectful, kind, and have a warm attitude which I am sure would make anyone feel welcomed. To anyone hoping to rent please keep in mind that though there are duties the office at any rental community needs to do on their end...there are also responsibilities as a tenant in making sure you follow your lease. Parking can be rough during the evening, but I also know that there are unfortunately a lot of tenants at every property anywhere who let unauthorized occupants stay with them for extensive periods or permanently which does not help and 9/10 its not something the office can even fix ASAP. Trash and recycling is also pretty messy and easily filled, but once again...this is a resident issue most times because more often than not you have tenants who improperly dispose solely out of laziness to put it in the compactor. My unit had some issues here and there upon move-in, but as a tenant you have the right to note anything on your condition form, it's really that simple. I would say to take everything into account upon your own visiting and not because some person posted a review that most likely just didn't get their way."
"Worst apartment experience of my life. The good: 1. Spacious units 2. Nice appliances 3. Quick maintenance The bad: 1. Lots of theft in the area, even in the locked parking garage which costs an extra $50 a month. Janel, the property manager, said the thief/thieves got in through the garage door. She thinks they stole a garage remote to gain access to the building, however I think they were purposely let in by a tenant. 2. People always prop the main gate open which defeats the purpose of having a personal gate code and increases security concerns. 3. Neighbors blast music/TV, shout and slam doors day and night, even during designated quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. 4. Neighbors smoke pot and cigarettes constantly despite the no-smoking policy. 5. Reported issues to management but there was no improvement. 6. Unauthorized occupants living in the building. 7. Not enough guest parking. 8. Dog breed and weight discrimination, but I’ve seen and heard plenty of large pit-bulls living here so you can easily break this rule. 9. Trash/recycling is in another gated complex and is often overflowing. 10. Disgusting stairwells—people leave trash in them and spray very strong fragrances to cover up smells. 11. There are ridiculously high standard move-out costs, higher than anywhere I've ever lived. 12. Management uses the pandemic as an excuse for problems and only responds to issues retroactively, such as adding a garage key pad AFTER thefts occurred and waiting many months after lockdown began to send out a community-wide notice reminding tenants to follow rules."
