Very communicative, incredibly reliable for maintenance, & very well priced for the quality of the freshly renovated units. would have stayed there forever if I didn’t buy a home."

"Don't waste your time. The management is never there, they never answering their phone calls and when I left a message they never call back. I wasted a month trying to contact them, and when I got hold of them thru For Rent .com they are telling different information that is not listed For Rent. com. The business hours is there from 3 to 6 and nobody is there at time, I came one day at 3:30 and nobody was there I waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up. They need to take their business hours off, and not fooling people with these hours, if they are not there. What's the point having business hours if they are not there. When I contact them thru ForRent.com they seemed that they are not welcoming people when they reply to show to view the apartment. The apartment was listed there as available on August 1 and they saying that is nothing is available August 1st, and telling me that I am being rude telling them what they have. We are leasing (3)1 bedrooms which are available JUNE 1,July 1"

"I've been here for 2 years now and it's great. Really good neighbors, will actively work with you to fix in house problems, and it's quiet. The managers Tina and Arthur really do their best to work with any situation you have. Fireplace and decent sized living room / dining area, and a balcony. This place is great."

"I been living at this residence for about 3 years now and I can honestly say I haven't found a better place or deal that has made me as comfortable as this place. Tina and Arthur have been nothing but amazing landlords to me and from what I can see to everyone else. They try their best to meet your needs and I have not had any issues with anything not getting taken care of at all. It's a nice area kept away from a lot of the noise. No kids running around crazy or parties happening in the parking lot."

"The new manager is a terrible person! She puts people out on the street and purposely ruins their rental history for personal vendettas. There's a special place in hell for people like Tina. Someday karma will catch up with her. She deserves to end up living under a bridge someday for what she's done to tenants that were there for years before she showed up. And the property management isn't any better. Plus the former property management company was fired by the property owner for stealing a large amount of money. I think they're all in bed together. This complex needs investigated. Don't get caught in this painful web of a horrible experience. Save yourself: rent somewhere else, anywhere else!"
