"I have to say I was really nervous moving across the country for a new job and renting an apartment sight unseen, but wow the apartments look just like the pictures (if not better?), and Nicholas has been a gem! Friendly, great communication, knowledgeable, etc. I'm still settling in and exploring, but I don't think I could have found a nicer community to be apart of. It's really nice here!"

"We have had the pleasure of living in the Marquee apartments for the past 2 years, actually since they first opened, and I must say it has been a great experience! Nicholas is top notch the absolute best property manager, always friendly and helpful; always willing to help us out whenever I had a question or needed something. His personality just brightens your day! He really makes you feel welcome and at home. Actually all the staff makes you feel that way! The apartment complex itself is well-maintained and clean, and with a very modern upscale vibe. The location is great, with easy walking access to all the local amenities and attractions. We really like the natural light we get with the big windows for our plants, and the sunsets! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live! Apart from the gorgeous film theme of the building, Nicholas the property manager is super friendly, helpful and timely with all building related announcements. Angelina is also fantastic - she and Nicholas have helped me out with my managing my apartment quite a bit when I was on vacation for 3 weeks"
