"The manager NEVER answers he played with me and my boyfriend’s application for over 2 months, he’s unprofessional a lier and he NEVER answers.. he said we would be able to move in a week, then never called us so we called him and never answer when he did he said, “he had to give our apartment away and we will be on a waiting list smh”"
"I lived at Park 19 for five years. I loved it at first but overtime I began to feel targeted and uncomfortable as a resident. The price was decent considering you have a pool and a tennis court with a basketball hoop. There’s no cabana, for as long as I’ve been there it needed to be fixed. The playground was took down about three years ago. Couples were only allowed one vehicle unless a carport was available and paid for."
"I was planning on trying to get an apartment here. When I got to the office, I wanted to look around. I saw a disgusting jeep that was filled with mold all over the windows and there was even mold on the seats. I wish I would have taken a photo of the car but I left because I felt as I was going to vomit. I was highly disappointed. I do not understand why the manager or whoever is in charge would allow such a nasty vehicle in the parking lot. It looks like that car has not been touched for years. Just imagine what the inside of the apartment would be like, the person in charge obviously did not care what was on the outside."
"They are constantly threatening to kid my elderly nearly 70 year old mother in law out, even after she had multiple heart attacks while getting off the bus from her work. They also refused to move her to a wheelchair accessible apartment after her knee was shattered as she fell off the bus when she was having a heart attack. They need to be more kind and abide the landlord tenant act."
"Lived there for nearly 2 years. Quiet nice residence friendly neighbors."
