"Lived here for 14 months absolutely loved it. The apartment was beautiful. Maintenance guy was great. Office manager was amazing. The only problem was we had multiple homeless people knock on our door in the middle of the night more than once. But they posted signs all over to let people know and to call the cops if it happens which is great that the manager is aware. honestly I loved living there."

"Not a resident yet & don’t think I will. Apartment itself was perfect however the maintenance of the stairwells & corridors is zero. The rails need paint & the steps & corridors need to be cleaned"

"I think everyone signs the same leases but, there are definately favorites! I have tried everything a normal person would try but, I have a man upstairs from me that is gonna fall thru the ceiling. I think he stomps intentionally especially at night. Their TV/Stereo/Video games start at 9 or 10 everyday and go until 11 or 12 every night. At the volume of at least 50! I can hear their TV/Stereo/Video games from inside my car when I pull up. That doesn't even cover the dog that is locked up in the next door apartment that whines and cries until 10 or 11."

"Wash/dryer in apartment, assigned parking, great commute except when the kids get out of school. Best rates in town to value. Quiet neighbor and 10 pm curfew. Great place to come home to and relax. 2nd only to owning your own place."
