Fountainhead Apartments

"I moved here in August and finally feels like home. It's beautiful and peaceful here. The Manager Molly Hill is awesome goes the extra mile to make things happen like the move in, and making sure everything was taken care of, even the heat source and replaced sliding doors so they were more functional and energy efficient. Also, I told Molly neither exhaust fans were working in bathrooms and screen was missing over stove fan. Maintenace came and replaced it. and she got there 3rd party electrical people to fix it as soon as they could come out. The Maintenance Manager Andre Borrero is really good at fixing things and making sure they work well. He even moved the cupboard up to accomadate the new refridgerator when the old one that was put in didnt work These guys really work hard to maintain tge grounds and apartments to make sure everyone's safe. Parking lot stairs and walkways icy? I come out and there's already salt on it. I don't understand tge negative reviews at all. They work multiple properties so they are extremely busy but as soon as tgey have a solution or are able they are on it. Andre is so friendly and competent and I feel blessed knowing I can rely on them and they have the apartments and our best interests at heart. Sometimes I have to pinch myself because I can't believe an apartment could feel so like home I've had such bad experiences in tge past and this is tge best place by far to any place I've ever lived. Shout out to all tge staff at Fountainhead. Lindsey you have been so awesome too. Thank you for helping out. You all have great customer service and I feel well cared for here. Very happy!"
