"These apts are overpriced. Dirty oven and stovecarpets were disgusting dishwasher doesnt work and never has dryer didnt work until i cleaned out the vent. even my lightbulbs in appliances and bathrooms have all gone out and ive only been here 2 months this place is not properly maintained and water sewer garbage and electric are not included in rent. Kids (and adults) jus toss garbage everywhere. They will tell u what u want to hear to get that lease signed! Pools are rarely open or cold or under maintenance. No guest parking although they do let you register a guest( via an app) to park and you are allotted a whole 8 hours a month otherwise watch out for the tow truck!I do not recommend this place unless you are on section 8 like living in the ghetto and/or are completely out of all other options. They do allow big dogs though which is rare, but watch out for dog poop because half the tenants dont clean up after their dogs"

"No parking, no towing, homicides (as of 04/23) trash everywhere, rat infestation, regular price hikes even though the property value is going down. My house was burglarized on (08/15)"

"Love the office staff. They do their best in ensuring the safety here is grand. They also are very helpful in helping families, individuals. Kudos staff and Maintenace and grounds for doing your best to serve your community. Although there are things that are out of the control of the staff, they do their due diligence to make sure that we are alert in what is going on in the community and surrounding areas. Go Monterra.
