I BELIEVE THEY DO THAT SO THEY DON'T GIVE BACK MUCH 9F YOUR DEPOSIT BACK."

"This company is scammy. They ask tenants to not let their kids play outside. They also team up with a towing company to tow tenant vehicles in the middle of the night - vehicles they know belong to tenants. If you rent from them expect to not get your deposit back even if you are clean."

"They need to spend more money on security rather then spending it on towing car. My truck and all my neighbors vehicles have been broken into multiple times. Like I said put the money where it's needed and don't wait until it's after midnight to send In the tow trucks."
