"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was an awful experience! I don’t even live here. We showed up for a tour where a woman cracked the door and asked what we were doing there (hello to you, too). We told her we had a tour scheduled. She told us to sit down and went to her computer for the next 10 mins. She then had us sit down and said “what are your names?” And we told her. She started throwing papers towards us with quotes on them for a unit we hadn’t even looked at yet… While looking at the pool table and chairs, we noticed they were really gross and tattered. It looked like someone spilled a white liquid all over the pool table… We didn’t even wait to see the unit. She walked out of the room and we just got up and left. This woman was incredibly stand offish. I would never rent from someone who didn’t even shake my hand or say hello. From the other reviews, it seems like we dodged a bullet!"
"Love my apt, hate the neighborhood. Also, talking to staff takes serious effort. Even to pick up packages take an act of god."
"This is the most unsafe place I have ever lived in my entire life management sucks maintenance takes forever to even do anything if you have any kind of assistance with living and they come in and do inspections maintenance and managers will not do anything to fix the issues they'll let the issues continue until you are forced to leave if you're not careful your car will get stolen or broken into or people will ransack your car for parts first month that I have lived here and I lived there for 3 years my car got stolen while I was on my maternity leave and just had a baby and was not working or getting paid so had to dish out more money to get a new car and all together since I have lived here I have had two vehicles stolen and one vehicle being broken into there is always garbage laying around or dog poo on the sidewalk the entire time that I lived there I never felt safe for my kids to even go outside and every time my kids did some of the kids out there were mean to my children so I had to keep them in my house the majority of the time when I first moved there pretty much everything didn't work properly but I had to improvise because I when I let them know when I moved in that these problems where my apartment nobody came and fixed them they didn't even put it in the move in check list but I had just had my baby the day I moved in so I was caught up with taking care of my infant child and had to live for 3 years with the same issues the flooring was coming up already when I moved in it wasn't so bad but then when I would mop and everything it just kept getting worse I let them know for almost a year and a half they did not do anything not even acknowledged the fact that I needed it told maintenance and management about the issue never would get resolved they told me I had to move out because they cannot fix the floor while I'm living in the unit which they could of either offered me a new unit or paid for a hotel for me and my children to live in until they fixed it which I'm pretty glad because where I live is so much better anyways this is not a good place for your kids to live in especially since they have a bunch of tweekers just down the street the hookers walking around the neighborhood oh and not to forget there's shootings almost every single night."
"I DID HAVE 5 STARS MIND YOU The change in management brought a HORRIBLE crowd here for one. Second off because they’re too scared of people with guns you have to call to get an appointment into the leasing office, even if your a tenant trying to get your package in the mail room…. They tagged my car to be towed despite everything being up to date and current (and I was parked in a normal spot, backed in. My car moves every 12 hours). Even when I lived here in prior years they towed my car alongside every other car that wasn’t in a spot when they reopened the overfill lot. Literally the night before opening, towed over 30 cars w/o warning. My car got broken into and parted out not once, but twice due to horrible security. But I can be stopped when working on my own car! Don’t get me started about the shootings, or the fact they don’t charge people correctly! They messed up billing utilities then forced people to pay the back pay immediately when they found out about their mistake…. 4 months later. Imagine a $1000 bill dropped on you because your complex messed up and you cannot make payments on any of it. 5 day notice, due in 5 days. Ridiculous, don’t rent here"
"I knew from the reviews before moving in I had made a mistake. Unfortunately I had already signed the lease over the phone while in transit on a military move. Let me get the one good thing about this place out there... HANNAH is absolutely fantastic and friendly and willing to help anytime. Other than that it’s terrible there. I moved in and less than a month of being there my vehicle was broken into and military equipment and uniforms were stolen, then a few months later my husbands car was broken into. The apartment complex claims they have a security company roaming the complex but there’s no way that’s true unless it is security personnel stealing from peoples vehicles. The ceilings have no sound dampening at all and you can hear the neighbors TALKING (at normal levels) and on top of that we had extremely disrespectful neighbors who would stay up until 3 am playing loud music or movies throughout the night and nothing was done about our noise complaints. Throughout the complex is constant trash along the parking lots and roads leading up to the buildings. They have maintenance people there and grounds keepers yet they allow the residents to litter. They claimed they renovated this place but is just half assed cheap plastic that looks newer but is all done terribly as if they were just rushing to get it done quickly rather then caring about what would ACTUALLY help a resident, for instance better quality wall insulation and more sound proofing. You have to pay for covered parking and you don’t even get assigned parking! Not a single spot. So you struggle to find parking when neighbors have 4-6 people living in one apartment and taking spots. This place is not worth the money read the ratings! ALWAYS. Didn’t have a single decent nights sleep while there. What a waste of money. And on top of that my apartment was in pristine condition when I left and we still owed money for ridiculous move out fees."
