"This place is the worst. Don't waste your time and money unless you want to live in a high crime area and overpay on rent. Sure the brand new apartments are nice but that is the only thing nice about this place. If something needs to be fixed, have fun waiting forever. The clubhouse is only open during office hours and you are lucky if someone is in the office to let you in. Dog owners do not pick up after their dogs. People do not pick up after themselves, there is usually trash all over the parking lot. When your lease is up and you move out, they have 30 days to get you your deposit and an itemized list of what was deducted from your deposit, if they do not give you that within 30 days they lose all rights to keep your deposit. It took almost two months for me to get my deposit back. Take lots of pictures and keep all your communications with them via email. I wish i could give zero stars."
"Nightmare. Management is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Mistakes constantly which turn into more mistakes. Power has been turned off due to negligence of management upon move in and while we have tried to address with the city utilities, they require the management to fix their mistakes before we can fix their mistakes, but they won’t do anything. They just tell us to call them which is again wasting our time because all they need to do is call themselves but the laziness doesn’t end there. Tenets don’t clean up after their dogs so there is literally dog feces all over which causes an already bad fly problem to be even worse. Our sliding door was broke when we moved in and still has not be fixed which leaves our apartment vulnerable to break ins… and we are 4 months into this lease. Unacceptable can’t even begin to describe. The grass is all dead because they can’t even pay appropriate people the maintain the grounds. It’s truly hideous what you see every day. Management gives notice of entry but it’s an entire day window of possible entry so if you want to be present you literally have to take a whole day off work. And that’s if they even show up. We have sat waiting for them to come with our dogs locked up but then they don’t so which is a waste of our time. There is a “clubhouse” that’s a glorified hang out for the people “working” there. They say they have a fitness room but it’s only open during business hours so it’s useless. Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. For what we pay, this is insanity. Run as fast as you can. Update: things aren’t better, the apartment’s poor construction has made for a drafty cold winter, management is not in the office but a few hours a day and regularly leaves for hours at a time in the middle of the day. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE TO LITERALLY GIVE AWAY MONEY TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO SIGN A LEASE. The $500 Visa card will not buy your sanity back from the experience of living here."
"Have lived here almost a year and I think my review should be taken more seriously than the ones of people who merely toured the property. To list a few issues, power was cut off because of the leasing office not doing their paperwork, the grounds are disgusting and constantly covered in dog poop, people get shot in the neighborhood regularly and kids have been hit by cars right outside our complex because people go speeding down pacific. Despite being new, the piping was poorly put together and the pipes next to our washer smell like sewage. They will put a request to enter on our door but never come at the time listed. They say "sorry sorry sorry" to people's comments online but when you talk to the apartment manager, she is never helpful and just says "I can't I can't I can't" without providing any solutions. If you look at the reviews, a lot of them are from people who only toured the place and didn't actually live here so of course the apartment manager is nice to them because they aren't locked into a contract YET! Recently, one of my roommates went to inquire about the new parking situation that they just changed, and the apartment manager was so upset that we were merely asking a question. The other staff seem to be friendly enough but that lady running the place..."
"Apartments can be hit or miss, my review below is based on my personal experience. About six months after I moved in the apartment management changed from Olympic Management to Cushman & Wakefield Pros: • Nice brand-new apartments • Staff is nice enough; I haven’t encountered any unprofessionalism. Everyone’s experience is different though. Cons: • They will try to keep your deposit. Know your rights as a tenant! They have 30 days to return your deposit with a itemized list of any portion they are keeping. If you do not get your deposit by the 30th day, they lose all rights to keep any portion of your deposit. Refer to RCW 59.18.283. • This complex is not gated and not secure in any way. The homeless congregate in the hallways, they attempt to enter your apartment and will go through your belongings on your patios in attempts to find anything valuable to steal. • Limited parking where you are charged $35 a month and you aren’t guaranteed a spot. At any given time, you may be forced to park across the street and have your car broken into. The parking spaces are so tiny and close together, my compact car barely fits in a spot. You will get door dinged over and over guaranteed. • There are 80 apartments and 65 parking spots not including 5 handicap spots and 6 garages. The on-site manager who lives there has a garage and takes two outside parking spots. • Access to the clubhouse is never guaranteed, the key fob has only worked a handful of times in the year that I have lived here. If no one is working in the office during the week (which is frequent) then you will not be able to access the clubhouse. • Price. They charge you way too much money a month in a high crime area and you do not have consistent access to the clubhouse that you pay for to use. You can find cheaper rent in safer areas if you look around. • The grounds are not very well maintained, trash is everywhere. • Thin walls, neighbor above me would stomp and have her loud music play at all hours. I could clearly hear her music (this is a part of apartment living, but it still is included in my overall experience) • Dog owners do not pick up after their dogs so there is poop in the grass near where you park. The number of times that I have stepped in dog poop after parking my car is ridiculous. • Work orders take forever to be completed. I have had two work orders entered for my slider screen door that will not open. The first work order was marked as complete, the door still doesn’t open. This took 3 work orders for them to finally complete it. When I moved in, the front door was bowed and let in a lot of outside air. This happened during the winter months, so I had to use a lot of heat. I let the property management know and they said that they were waiting for the contractor to order a new door. I would follow up once a week and would get the run around. I was told that the door was ordered and should be here in a week or two tops. Then they changed management companies and was still given the run around. Finally, after eight months of living here my front door was finally replaced."
"I have really have enjoyed living here. The community is really well designed and the new management has been really refreshing. The surrounding area is what you expect from the area, but the manager has been wonderful in sending us updates and I feel safe in my home. No major problems in the community at all. The features are really high-end and this is the nicest apartment I have ever rented! I will be renewing my lease this coming month!"
