"800 sq ft an about 1000 a month. Make sure you do a walk through before you move out or they will keep 200 dollars of your deposit for painting!! Don't trust that the basement garage will keep your belongings secure because anyone can be let in, as my significant other's bike was stolen when someone snipped the lock. There is 2 washers and 3 dryers so when someone else is using both washers you have to just wait for them to be done. This place is just horrible, over priced, outdated and small. Do yourself a favor and do NOT move in here."

"CMA apartments is a terrible management company. They are intentionally ignoring problems in the Travis and do not care about the tenants. While increasing rent they have decreased the standards of the building. Standard slumlord procedure, they are breaking laws and codes. Report this management company to the city and the police department."
