"I have lived here for 2 years and love it! The onsite manager, Michelle, is friendly, helpful, goes above and beyond to assist me in any needs I may have. I haven't had many issues with maintenance, but the few I have were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. There has never been issues with other tenants being loud, dirty, etc. The grounds and pool are kept very clean. It is also within walking distance to shopping, food, a park, and hospitals. I recommend Bayridge Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient community to live in."
