"I hope now that Josie is gone, this is a safe place for people to live again. Families & friends of tenants are still in shock years later that she had to commit bodily harm in order to be fired. Although both apartments she ran are MUCH better off now. Tenants are a little confused regarding why there are no security cameras after being promised them this long and a city with so much crime & package theft."

"Management very disrepectful, They have favorite tenants that know everything about other tenants personal problems. The assist in there hates children and is mean to them and this is a family complex. At 2-3 am there's loud music and fighting going on in the parking lots almost every night,weekends are the worse"

"These apartments are nice don't get me wrong. And i am thankful i was able to get into these while i could due to being homeless. But the landlord is absolutely horrible! She lost paperwork for one of my jobs from a year ago and just recently sent me a letter saying they found aomething and that if i dont fix it then it looks like im commiting fraud. So i go in and talk to her and she tells me oh yeah I remember doing that with you i just forgot and didnt file it but sense we dont have it i need you to get this info for me. Plus on top of that the landlord moves in all her friends and family and they all think they run this place. I am literally afraid to even take my daughter to the bus stop due to my landlords family and friends. Her mother even harrasses me off of the property.. It was my daughter's first day of school and as we walked passed her she leaned in to cough on me and my daughter and kept walking. They watch me when i get into my car or out of it. They watch me if i have guests over. They watch me and my family when we are outside. Oh and not to mention my apartment is still not finished from the water leak they fixed or the hot water tank they replaced. Just be aware of this landlord she is fake and lies. She will also write you up for parking in backwards but will do it herself everyday. Im not the only tenant having issues with her and her friends and family. Something NEEDS to be done about this landlord."

"Josie, was very unprofessional and when I mentioned that I was calling regarding an application she told me I was denied. I received a letter stating that I was on the top of the list and she said the decision was based upon them not receiving pages 3,4 and 6 of the application. I submitted everything and even received a telephone call from her office stating that I needed to call them back to confirm if I was still interested . I am blessed that this happened, really. Who would want to rent from a company that employs such dishonest and aggressive people."
