Valencia Apartments

"Please save your time attempting to rent from this apartment manager. I was in constant communication with her - she told me there was only myself and one other applicant and it was first come first served whomever got “payment” in for their application first. Not true. I did. She also told me Dobler Management doesn’t allow co signers unless you’ve never rented - also not true because I have a co signer on my current Dobler residence and I’ve had years of positive rental history. My boyfriend was going to move in and his income would have made us approved - I spoke to her in the morning and she assured me I would be able to edit my application to add him. I asked twice as I told her “I do not want to risk losing this apartment if after hours something doesn’t work.” She said no problem it will work. ALSO A LIE. We tried all night. I called the following morning and afternoon multiple times and she never called me back although she initially promised to keep me updated if someone got an application in. INTEGRITY. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to go on a waitlist knowing I was already willing to pay rent in my current unit plus this one. I cannot fathom how messy things must be ran at these properties if this is how unorganized the application process is. For the real questions answered - no the units do not look like the walk throughs or photos. I guess the universe was watching out for me. Thanks for taking my time and causing unnecessary stress."
