"I have lived here for 7 years and I’m glad I’m finally gone since day 1 it’s been one thing after another when I first moved there I paid for the deposit she verify my brother employment and the lady said he doesn’t work there they change the locks on us. Nakiesha told me we weren’t allowed to have pets but she has pets herself so does everyone else. She said they had mold issues and told me to open the windows when I shower which is ridiculous and she made us clean mold when professionals needs to be doing fixing that issue 2 of my cars got broken into and the maintenance man Terry hit my truck and he was gonna keep going but if it wasn’t for the next door neighbor that saw him he wouldn’t even said or did anything he gave me $200 and said use spray paint. I done went through about 5 washer and dryers. A pipe burst underneath we didn’t have hot water for two weeks they didn’t give us no credit or nothing for that and last but not least they kick us out for being a day late on a agreement even though I paid dec rent they told us we needed to be out on the 26th I don’t recommend living here the management down to corporation (trisete holdings llc) is trash and the apartments aren’t in good condition and watch out for the people that live there especially the landlord son who was living in the neighbor upstairs apartments knowing he ain’t supposed to be there and police, ambulance are constantly there."

"Disgruntled older women running around gossiping and spreading lies; due to the fact that they lived in a place like this for decades. What a joke! I would never live in a place like this; however, I think it's suitable for young adults or college students. Hooah!"

"My daughter just moved in here a month or so ago. The apartment is spacious and clean (sort of) inside but that's about all I can give it. She has requested two important things be fixed and was told simply it's not going to happen. She has a hot water tank that needs to be replaced they don't replace them until they leak and cause damage in two different units. She had her washer and dryer removed so we could put her own in there and they broke the plastic protection piece off of the electrical outlet and are refusing to fix it so now it's a fire hazard and she has three small children. Thank goodness she only has to stay there a year."

"I lived there for years. The manager Kesha is nice but fair also understanding. Nice neighborhood."

"The staff here is very friendly and helpful. There is not necessarily the best people living there but the apartments are surrounded by a nature preserve. I lived here for almost 2 years and can't complain much about my experience. With that all said you get what you pay for here."
